Sacred Valley Farm

Food that never
leaves the valley.

Gardens, greenhouses, and orchard — grown in this soil, harvested at the edge of ripe, and carried straight to the table.

The Farm

Grown close, cooked simply, shared often.

The farm is the heart of Sacred Valley. Terraced beds, a working greenhouse, herb gardens, and a young orchard feed everything that happens here — from a quiet breakfast to a long dinner for thirty.

We grow the way the valley asks us to: seasonally, without shortcuts, and with respect for the soil that makes it possible. Nothing travels far. Most of it never leaves the land at all.

What grows here

A year of the valley, bed by bed.

Garden & Herbs

Leafy greens, roots, alliums, and a deep bench of culinary and medicinal herbs — the backbone of every plate.

The Greenhouse

Starts, heat-lovers, and shoulder-season crops that keep the table abundant when the open beds rest.

The Orchard

Young stone fruit, citrus, and olives — planted for the seasons and the years still ahead of the valley.

Farm-to-Table Dinners

A long table under the oaks.

Our dinners are the farm's clearest expression — a seasonal menu pulled from the beds that morning, cooked over fire, and served at one long table as the valley turns to dusk and firelight.

They are small by design and gathered with intention: good food, unhurried hours, and the kind of conversation that only happens when no one is in a rush to leave.

The valley keeps its own calendar.

Spring
Greens, peas, herbs, and the first long dinners of the year.
Summer
Stone fruit, tomatoes, fire-cooked feasts under late light.
Autumn & Winter
Roots, citrus, olives, greenhouse greens, and hearth gatherings.
